As a token of respect, SK Group will charge nothing in the name of designing charge or consultation fees or architecture professional fees, provided that we are finalized for project execution. 

And in case we are not executing the whole project as a turnkey, then as designing fees, we will charge only Rs 25 per sqft, of the total carpet area, which shall include 3D designs also. 

We will enter into an agreement with you for designing and execution of your project in accordance with your requirement and our quotation.

Our Founder

SK Group is an interior design firm founded in 2000 by Mr. Shahid Khan who after returning from Saudi Arabia started a Fabrication Workshop in Navi Mumbai; thereafter finding a team of professionals in various fields, he started taking complete work whether it is civil, POP, painting and furniture.

Getting good response and appreciation for his work, he started receiving small interior design contracts from various residential and commercial customers. While he gained more experience and confidence boost, his team became stronger, so he decided to undertake big turnkey interior contracts from various cities of India like Pune, Nashik, Vapi and Lucknow.

Our Profile

SK Group based in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, was established in year 2005, by Mr. Shahid Khan who after returning from Gulf, initially started a Fabrication Workshop in Navi Mumbai. Thereafter finding a team of professionals from various fields, we started taking small Civil and Interior contracts. Getting good response and appreciation for our work, we as a dependable team went ahead taking bigger Civil and Interior contracts in residential and commercial sectors and never looked back. 

In the year 2010, Mr. Zahid Choudhary having great expertise and long experience in POP sector and Interior decoration field, joined SK Group that was converted in to a partnership firm.

By every passing year we gained more experience, expertise and confidence, together with our team becoming stronger; so we decided to carry on big turnkey civil and interior projects of residential, commercial and industrial areas, from various cities of India. 

We have been working with a dedicated team comprising of Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Interior Designer, technicians and professionals from various fields, who are honest, passionate, hardworking, and talented to understanding things quickly, enabling to a great start and perfect execution.

In order to start a project, we need to receive the design, image or at least an idea of what kind of design or facade you want to give to your home or office, and on the basis of that idea or blueprint we do analyze, and craft designs for your project, and then submit our reasonable quotation and proposal to you.
