SK Group is dedicated to catering our services to our countrymen residing abroad, who have their house or office in India and willing to be designed, renovated and decorated. We are here to provide them our services and interior design solutions using the latest technology to suit their perception while they are abroad and cannot stay much here to view the progress of their interior project at each level. All drawings and designs are sent to them by email in pdf format and the work progress and other information is conveyed to them by email with HD quality digital images. We ensure that you get a look and feel of the place designed as per your requirements, so much so that although you are not present at the location still you feel as if you are there, experiencing your dream home being shaped in accordance to your own vision.

We have successfully provided such services to many of our non-resident Indians from UAE, KSA, Qatar, Canada, UK, USA, and many countries in Europe and Asia.

Process –

There are two ways to execute a new project of your home or office:

First that as per your preplan, while coming back to India on a holiday we meet, visit the site and go through each other’s input, concept and design till the deal are finalized.

Second that while you are abroad and want to start the renovation or interior work, it can be done in a way that in order to take appropriate measurements, our representatives visit your home or office to be designed and our design team will discuss with you on a conference call to know and understand your requirements, your taste, design concept, and accordingly create layouts for the same. Once the drawings are prepared, these will be emailed to you into a pdf (acrobat reader) file along with an estimated cost of the project. When the layout is frozen,our team develop the approved plan with furniture sketches, colour schemes identifying the basic concepts for approval from your side.

Please note, during your visit to India at this time, our representative shall schedule the selection and purchase of loose ready-made furniture, soft furnishings, and other necessary accessories are jointly chosen, in consideration to your liking and taste. These items may be procured by you from abroad while coming down to India.
