Agreement & Payment
We clearly mention in our quotation our terms and conditions for the payment, and we do follow that procedure strictly and never ask for a payment against the pre-decided terms between clients and us.
If we are approved for the execution / designing of the whole project as a turnkey, then we will enter into an agreement with the client, in accordance to our quotation, and terms and conditions.
3D Design & Presentation
In order to start a project, we need to receive an idea, design or image of which kind of look or facade you want to give to your home or office; on the basis of that idea or blueprint we do analyze, and craft designs for your project, and then submit our reasonable quotation and proposal to you.

SK Group is dedicated towards catering our services to our countrymen residing abroad, who have their house or office in India and willing to be designed, renovated and decorated. We are here to provide them our interior design solutions using the latest technology to suit their perception while they are abroad and cannot stay much here to view the progress of their interior project at each level. All drawings and designs are sent to them by email in pdf format and the work progress and other information is conveyed to them by email with HD quality digital images to ensure that they get a look and feel as if they are there, experiencing their dream home is designed as per their requirements and being shaped in accordance to their own vision.
Process
There are two ways to execute a new project of your home or office:
1) As per your plan, while coming back to India on a holiday we meet, visit the site and go through each other’s input, concept and design till the deal is finalized.
2) While you are abroad and want to start the renovation or interior work, it can be done in a way that in order to take appropriate measurements, our representatives visit your home or office to be designed and our design team will discuss with you on a conference call to know and understand your requirements, your taste, design concept, and accordingly create layouts for the same. Once the drawings are prepared, these will be emailed to you into a pdf file along with an estimated cost of the project. When the layout is frozen, our team will develop the approved plan with furniture sketches, colour schemes identifying the basic concepts for approval from your side.
During your visit to India at this time, we shall schedule the selection and purchase of loose ready-made furniture, soft furnishings, and other necessary accessories jointly chosen, in consideration to your liking and taste.
